Yesterday my high school literature students brought me a gift (a pleasure to return to class with adults, after a years devoted exclusively to the first cycle of ESO). This video rap group (Zenit, Korazón Crude, ...) that made his version of the novel for a concert held in Madrid to commemorate the fourth centenary. I found the Blog Alikuecanos, who collected at the time the news.

I think they have applications in class, because our students do get crazy about rap (the last course tried to work the figures of speech with lyrics chosen by them, and they sounded much rappers). Sufro una crisis de identidad bloguera ("hacia dónde vamos los bloggers , de dónde venimos" / "ser o no ser bloguera, ésa es la cuestión" / etc.) que hace que no tenga nada claro si voy a seguir escribiendo en él. No obstante rompo mi voto de silencio porque la ocasión lo merece.


Acaba de salir a la palestra de la editorial Octaedro el libro, La palabra compartida. La competencia comunicativa en el aula , una de cuyas autoras es mi amiga y compañera de departamento, Yolanda Sediles, junto con Carmen Durán, Inma López y Juan Sánchez-Enciso.

Segun sus autores, el book is intended as an approach to the issue of linguistic competence "from below", ie starting from the point of view of classroom practice.
