Yesterday, there were parliamentary elections in Venezuela, during which 165 members were elected, this time I do an analysis, from a strictly personal Case:
1 .- RESULTS: The great theme of these two days "more votes, fewer deputies, many in the opposition believes there is fraud. The truth is that fraud is not, strictly speaking, so there is an Electoral Participation Law (LOPE), which explains the Divine Diva, in this post (which I recommend reading to understand the situation), just the proportionality, benefiting the ruling in the circuits and states where it has more popular support. A strategy that every ruler known to have the laws in their favor.

What this means is that certainly the MUD and the ruling party elections were not equal, why is the phenomenon seen in the results of yesterday.
2 .- WE MOST: The great slogan of the opposition as of yesterday, certainly in the number of votes, overcame opposition to the ruling, even if they could get more number of members. While this was somewhat true yesterday, can not handle the perspective that this implies that there is more opposition to Chavez, from my perspective is true that Chavez still has the highest popular support, which means that people "punished" by voting for candidates of the PSUV to consider inept, even though Chavez, this is what is known as the phenomenon of crossover voting. However, in an election where the candidate is Chavez, the result could well be different. Thus, the worst mistake you can make the opposition at this time, is being too triumphalist.
3 .- EFFECT LOPE: The opposition denounced the situation endlessly referred to the circuits and the reformulation of the LOPE made, but the gentile opposition ignored him, turned a deaf ear, to be thinking who knows what and now complains. We must learn to pay real attention to what happens in the country.
4 .- EFFECT UNIT: Today more than ever, it was shown that in a country in which you fight against a single candidate or party, the union force, despite internal feuds that exist in the MUD, they worked together towards achieving a goal and achieved.
5 .- WHAT IF THERE IS UNITY?: simply, the work is lost, so my attention and invited to follow closely the First Justice party and its leader Julio Borges, famous for breaking the unit on the grounds that they are the main political force in the opposition and therefore all the MUD must surrender to his feet. Do not believe me? And Julio Borges said that the ideal presidential candidate should be "Henrique Capriles," I do not agree with this type of premature announcements, I believe that the candidate must be born from the unit.
6 .- PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE?: presidential candidate should be someone who comes out of the unit and who the people want, which I refer to Chavez, because the opposition vote for any puppet that you put in against Chavez. The perfect candidate must drag the Ninis and, above all, be someone able to maintain the effect of "cross vote" to win votes by Chavez, something that certainly got the former governor, Enrique Mendoza, so expect and MUD get yourself a good candidate, that is the key to winning in 2012.
7 .- THE MESSAGE THAT THE PEOPLE GAVE: Most important results, is in the message that voters sent to the leadership, reading to give the opposition and Chavez, it will define the election due in the future. The ruling party must learn that people do not want so much polarization and although still supported Chávez, his followers want leaders to do something good for them.
The message for the opposition is more or less the same, the people voted for better laws for the plurality, inclusion, for a better future, so the MUD must be true to that vote of confidence that they and did base its strategy on good management of their rulers and, overall, the inclusion in how to present search country projects that drag on Chavez and opponents alike.
8 .- THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR THE OPPOSITION?: Undoubtedly, the fact of going slowly recovering space, especially if competing against an overly powerful ruling machines and inequality. Another important thing to be achieved, was the ruling party lose its qualified majority in the NA, which is the be black when trying to do what they like, that is, gentlemen, after these elections should be a control over the executive, separation of the legislative branch against the others and a greater awareness at the time to create laws and important decisions for the country such as New Chairman of the JST, the Attorney General, the Ombudsman.
