Will My Sky Work In Germany

Murders of women in Tachira

Today, like every day I sit down to review the news and I find that an alarming report entitled "Murdered 12 women in 22 days in Táchira" I am reviewing Article addition to this review that in most cases women were victims of some type of violence, physical or sexual. This figure is alarming, because it indicates that kill about one every two days, so I would say that at least in principle, the figure is higher than those produced in Mexico, which makes me wonder is it the Juárez Táchira Venezuela? certainly hope not, at least in principle, these cases do not go unpunished in this region.
However, that news should be something that forces us to reflect on the role that women play in the Venezuelan society and how little valued they are, is concerned that domestic violence is a topic that does not discriminate between social classes and cultural strata, therefore, the upper-class women or those with education degrees and continue to be abused physically, sexually or psychologically. There is no doubt that this government has opened the doors to the issue of women's rights, however, in practice we have not seen major work in this regard.

believe therefore that in such circumstances is absolutely necessary to create more efficient programs in terms of victim protection, psychological support, to educate the police on domestic violence issues (because they are the first to discriminate against women and in many cases dismissed the complaints), other interesting actions to be taken into account are:
1 .- To amend the syllabus of studies, so that Venezuelan children learn in school from an early age to value and respect their fellow females and girls in turn, learn to earn respect, to understand that there are less than one and enforce their rights. It is clear that changes in education at school level, will not have a 100% effective by itself, since the individual is constructed from the education and life experience and the experiences of girls and boys, will be influential factors, however, believe that this could be a highly valuable to counter violence from the start.
2 .- If I were governor of Tachira state, would up for this one, a campaign on radio, television news, banners, posters on the street and other events, against violence against women so that they know their rights so that offenders receive the message that will be punished for such acts and that the population receives a clear and strong message against gender violence.
3 .- Any campaign should be implemented or enhanced a line that makes clear that gender-based violence refers not only to shock, but also includes psychological, verbal, and sexual violence (which includes cases of women forced into sex with their husbands against their will).
In Táchira ACTION REQUIRED NOW!
